Ahi: yellowfin tuna
Chicken Luau: chicken cooked with taro leaf and coconut milk
Haupia: coconut pudding
Kulolo: taro pudding
Lau lau: pork, butterfish, beef or chicken wrapped in taro leaf and steamed in an imu (underground oven)
Lilikoi: passion fruit
