Love Stories of Hawaii

Timeless Love

Endless Love
Dedicated to Mom And Dad

Submitted by Angelo

my father met my mother in the city of nyc in the 1920s. they dated for eight years as my father enlisted in the army at the age of 17 in 1937. my father was stationed at shofield barricks and fort derussy in hawaii. dad surivied the attack of pearl harber as he was training the new recurits at schofield barricks. they continued to see one another, write love letters and stay in touch until dad came home. when he did, with the grace of god watching over him, he married mom and had two beautiful children. there love today has endured a lifetime touching many lives and will continue to enrich even as they have passed away. i will always cherish there love. they were married for 55 years. dad also was the only suriver of 5 friends who enlisted in the service in hawaii and came back alive.
